Dear Doll and Bear Manufacturers, Designers, Artists, Dealers, Magazines and other related Businesses,,

You need to mark OCTOBER 24, 25 & 26, 2008 on your Calendar as you will want to be a part of EXPO 2008 with the theme "Charmin' Southern Belles". This will be the very first of our ANNUAL SOUTHEASTERN DOLL & BEAR EXTRAVAGANZA EXPO'S in the South. They will be held each year in Myrtle Beach, SC on the shores of the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. We will have a Retail Room where you can set up and sell your latest products to the EXPO Attendee's, and to other Doll and Bear Collector's, who come for our Show & Sale on Saturday of the Event. You can also Host an EXPO Event. We are looking for manufacturers and others who want to spread some good will and promote their products. There are a number of opportunities available for you to accomplish this by providing items for our Charity Auction, Prize Patrol, Door Prizes and Beach Bag Goodies. If you're like to learn more about these, then please call me. There is a limit to the amount of Retail space available. NOW is the time to act on either. Please feel free to call me to work out the specific details about being involved in some way. We are flexible in certain areas, nothing is in stone and we can negotiate.

Our initial mailing has started to produce results. We are receiving some Vendor and Attendee Registration Forms. Remember, space is limited! You also save on table rental by sending in your application and payment early. We are about SIXTY PERCENT SOLD OUT IN THE SALES ROOM.

VENDOR/ATTENDEE

In addition to being a Vendor, if you would like to also be an Attendee, and attend the various Events so that you can enjoy the EXPO, and collect the various Souvenir and Gift items, then you must also register as an Attendee. 

Please remember that Attendee space for our Banquet, Party At The Beach and Sunday Buffet are limited to a total of Two Hundred (200) each. When we have received that number of applications, there will be no more accepted, except on a "Stanby" status. We urge you to register early as a Vendor and/or Attendee to assure your place at EXPO 2008. If you'd like an Attendee Registration Form please call or Email me and I'll send you one. 

EXPO VENDOR INFO

There will be a very limited number of Vendor spaces available at EXPO 2008 due to the space available to us for a Sales Room. It is estimated that there will be approximately 200 eight foot by 30 inch tables, with two chairs, depending upon the actual configuration. There may be more or there may be less. Please note that we are accepting and assigning these tables based on the first payments in, gets the first spaces, and their choice, so long as space is available. In order to reserve your space you need to complete a Vendor Registration Form and send it in with your full payment. You may call or Email me and I'll send you a form, or you may get it by clicking below on VENDOR REGISTRATION FORM.
