Here's all of the HOTEL INFO for our Shows. We have shopped around and found the best deals for each Show date, in a reasonable hotel, close to the Venue where we are having the Show or EXPO.

When the Venue is a Hotel, then we block rooms at that Hotel for our Dealers & Collectors at their best Group Rate. 

PLEASE BOOK YOUR ROOMS EARLY as most of these special rates expire thirty dates prior to the Show date. If something comes up, you can always cancel, usually up until the date of arrival.  If there are several events in a city, rates go up and rooms get scarce. All prices below are the DOLL SHOW RATE for your room. All local applicable taxes are extra. 

Please patronize these fine Hotels and be sure and tell them you're with Knight's Southeastern Doll Shows and want their SPECIAL RATE. We usually only reserve 20 to 25 rooms so BOOK EARLY. Our room blocks have been selling out and they will not expand it after we sell the original block.

We have reserved a larger block for the EXPO 2010 in Asheville. However, due to their locations, and other Events, they too will sell out. BOOK NOW.

MYRTLE BEACH CAN-AM DAYS DOLL & BEAR SHOW
March 12, 2011

We will be staying at the newly remodeled Live Oaks (238 rooms) Tower
of the Springmaid Beach Resort & Conference Center
 located at 3200 South Ocean Boulevard
in fabulous Myrtle Beach, SC.

** HOW TO GET HERE **

Everybody knows where Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is, so get 
to downtown at US 17 & US 501 if you're coming from the North or the West.

From downtown Myrtle Beach take US 17 South toward Georgetown. As you get to the south end of Myrtle Beach you can see part of the airport on your right, then you take the next left at the light at the gas station. Proceed there to the curve in the road and then turn right at the Springmaid sign.

From Surfside Beach and points South, traveling on US 17 heading North, when you pass the Myrtle Beach State Park on your right, take the next right onto Ocean Boulevard and then turn right at the Springmaid sign.

It's really easy to find. It's where Ocean Boulevard begins on the south end, next to the MB State Park and across from the old MB Air Force Base, now MB Airport located one block west of the Resort on US 17.

The Resort is situated on 27 acres with nearly 500 rooms, 6 pools (we have an indoor heated pool), 2 Lazy Rivers, Fishing Pier with restaurant (the breakfast and the sandwiches etc. here were excellent and very tasty), fitness center, miniature golf, and there's plenty of shopping and eating spots nearby. There's also an Art Museum on the next corner in a restored Beach Cottage. 

Guest rooms will have two Queen size beds, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, TV, Internet access and a balcony with an ocean view. The Llive Oaks was completely remodeled in 2006. 

We blocked some rooms for Friday and Saturday nights, so plan to make this trip a mini vacation. Come relax and enjoy the ocean. If you like to fish, you can use the pier for free while staying here. The view at night, from the end of the pier (below), looking back to shore is breathtaking. Take a stroll and take a look.  We will be here from Friday until Sunday. Join us.
