Here you will find some details about setting up for each Show. We hope this helps you.

Please bear in mind that we have things to do ourselves prior to, during, and after everow. PLEASE do not ask us to let you setup earlier, or stay later. The days are long enough as it is when its Show time.

These times were selected for several reasons, such as to keep our costs to a minimum and to make it easier for all Dealers to get setup. When we use a facility, we must pay rent for it and the longer we use it, the more rent it cost. In order to keep YOUR COSTS down, we try to work with the facilities to start our time as late as possible. We MUST also clear a facility by a certain time (usually 6:00 PM on Saturday) to avoid paying additional fees.

PLEASE do not ask us to let you setup at a time different from our scheduled time. You MUST make arrangements to setup during the scheduled time. If that doesn't work for you for some reason, then it just can't be helped, but we can't change trhe times to suit each individual. We try to pick the best times possible and make it work for everyone. A Show can't be setup in two hours on Saturday morning. It just doesn't work for most of our Shows.

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO SATURDAY MORNING SETUP AT OUR SHOWS.
If you can't setup on Friday during the scheduled times, then we're sorry that you can't do that show. NO EXCEPTIONS other than Greenville, SC!

You can always call me a few days prior to Setup Day and see if we can get in and start earlier than our specified time.

SET UP TIMES AND TABLE SIZES MAY VARY FROM SHOW TO SHOW. TABLE SIZES MAY EVEN VARY AT THE SAME SHOW. THE "EARLY BIRD" GETS THEIR CHOICE.

PLEASE NOTE

We do expect a certain Professional Dress Code on Show Days.
No short shorts, no revealing tops, no tank tops, no flip flops.
We want you to look and act Professional so as to help maintain
the overall concept and appearance of our regular Shows and
especially our Doll EXPO'S.
