PLEASE READ YOUR AGREEMENTS
as well as all of our other terms and conditions for a Show,
listed in several areas on this Website..
It is your responsibility to know these and to abide by them.

SET UP TIMES AND TABLE SIZES MAY VARY FROM SHOW TO SHOW. TABLE SIZES MAY EVEN VARY AT THE SAME SHOW. THE "EARLY BIRD" GETS THEIR CHOICE.

Please rent the number of tables that you will need to properly display your items. You may not use floor space unless you have paid for its use. When you do that, you get additional space for floor racks or displays.

You may NOT use the chairs for display purposes.

You may not bring in any extra floor shelves or tables for display purposes unless you rented the floor space.

You may NOT set any boxes, containers or anything else on the floor to sell from.

You may set up a small table to use for conducting business but it must not be larger than a regular card table.  

We must enforce this in order to be fair to all Dealers, especially everyone's Neighbors. We must also keep aisle space free of items so our Customers have enough room and don't stumble over anyone's merchandise.

We MUST enforce the late payment provision of our Agreements.
Mail early and save $10.00 per table.
This applies to EVERY EXHIBITOR. There are NO exceptions.

VERY IMPORTANT
If you sign up to do one of our Shows, then you are signing up to do the ENTIRE SHOW. You may not and MUST NOT START TO PACK UP PRIOR TO THE CONCLUSION OF THE SHOW. If you do, you will NOT be allowed to participate at any future Shows.

PLEASE NOTE DRESS CODE

We do expect a certain Professional Dress Code on Show Days.
No short shorts, no revealing tops (halters), no tank tops, no flip flops.
We want you to look and act Professional so as to help maintain
the overall concept and appearance of our regular Shows and
especially our Doll EXPO'S. We know that you understand and appreciate this as most of you present yourselves properly at all times.

RIGHT TO LIMIT SAME AND/OR SIMILAR DEALERS

In order to maintain the quality and protect the integrity of our Shows, and to offer the very best variety of items for our Collectors, we reserve the right to limit the number of Dealers at any particular Show, who may be selling the same and/or similar items as another Dealer and/or Dealers. At every Show space is limited and you can only fit so many tables into so many square feet, and we want to assure our Collector's that we have selected the best variety available for that particular Show. So, even if we still have space available, if we feel, in our sole discretion, that we have reached the maximum number of Dealers for a particular item, then we may, in our sole discretion, advise a Dealer of that fact and/or simply tell them we do not have any more space available. Dealers shall have no recourse should this happen. Therefore, it is always in a Dealers best interest to sign up early so that they do not encounter this type of situation. We do not protect certain Dealers and/or Artists, guaranteeing them space at a Show, as we assign space as payments are received, but when a limit is reached, it is reached. We hope that you understand this policy as it is in everyone's best interest who may take part in one of our Shows, either as a Dealer or a Collector.

YOU SAVE MONEY ON TABLES & GET A CHOICE LOCATION.
TABLE SIZES MAY VARY AT SOME SHOWS. CHECK AGREEMENTS.
TABLES ARE STRICTLY ASSIGNED IN THE ORDER THAT PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. WE DO NOT "HOLD" TABLES WITHOUT PAYMENT.
WE MUST BE FAIR TO EVERYONE, SO SIGN UP EARLY TO GET YOUR FAVORITE CORNER OR WALL SPACE.
