Collector's, please check specific Doll Show pages
to see what Exhibitor's have signed up for that Doll Show.
You can click on the show links above or
show pages at the top in the navigation bars.

We do not always have Bear Artists or other specific Exhibitor's at every Doll Show. It varies from Show to Show but each Doll Show Page will have those who have actually signed up. However, from time to time due to an emgergency they may cancel and it may be too late to make a website change.

Betty Hudson and Joyce Fleming do minor doll repairs
at the shows they attend, such as restringing.
If you have a doll that needs it's
head, arms or legs reattached,
then bring it to Betty or Joyce for some TLC.

Check each shows webpage to see
which shows they will be attending.

Thanks for your support.

You can get a Doll Show Admission Coupon for $1.00 OFF
by clicking

Exhibitor's, please click HERE to get a Doll Show Agreement
that you can print, complete and mail along
with your payment. In order to avoid a late fee,
payment MUST be mailed by the date shown
 in each Agreement.
We must enforce this provision.
Furthermore there are no refunds or credits
should you cancel a Show with us.
You will always want to check the latest Doll Show
setup info prior to each Show. At the last minute
there may be a change which allows us to start earlier
or an hour later. Please check the day before
each Shows setup date for changes.
You can click
HERE for that info. Thanks.
You are expected to abide by any changes.

About our Shows & Advertising

I have read on some Fan Sites and Forums where a few folks have said
we do not advertise our Shows. They are incorrect. We do advertise but
only where it gets real results.

Most people today rely on the Internet.
Our Shows are probably listed on more than thirty (30) websites
at any given time, including our own where we get lots of hits
every day of the year. We advertise with Google every month
using their AdWords program to maintain our Internet visibility.

We maintain a mailing list of real Buyers, who have attended
at least one of our Shows. We mail out postcards to those
Buyers, show specific, prior to a show. Our mailings run
between 600 and 1,300 at a time.
We have over 3,000 Buyers on
our mailing list.

We advertise about four or five times a year in
Antique Doll Collector, which generates a
lot of results for us.

We advertise in Southeastern Antiquing four or
five times a year, which is distributed to antique shops and malls
all over the Southeast, where our shows are held.

We send out Press Releases to 25 to 50 newspapers around a Show
two to three weeks prior to a show. From these we get write-ups
and listed in the Events Calendars.

We advertise with Zvents, not just the free listings,
but the paid Feature Listings. This gets us on
numerous Events Calendars in major cities and smaller
surrounding towns. We can add photos of our
Vendors dolls and detailed info. This gives us
excellent coverage months in advance of a Show.

When you Google one of our Shows
it will fill up the first and most times,
the second page of listings.
Our Shows are very easy to find on
the Internet, the number one source
used by people today.

We distribute 1,500 to 3,000 flyers
for each Show and start promoting
a year in advance. Collectors and
Dealers put these in antique malls,
beauty salons and other places that ladies
frequent, including other Doll Shows.

We do not advertise in local newspapers
as that is a shotgun approach, which
is very expensive, to reach a handful of
Doll Collectors. Most people don't
subscribe to papers today.

We do not advertise in some
Doll & Bear Magazines,
as we have tried them before.
Their subscribers are not in
the areas where we have Shows.
We had Doll Reader give us some stats one
time, they had about 15,000 subscribers then,
with less than 500 in 7 Southeastern states.
We probably had most of those on OUR
mailing list. The ads were too costly
to maybe attract 5 people to a show.

We have a very healthy advertising budget,
one that would be better than most
Promoters. When you factor in ad costs,
printing, postage, Internet costs etc., I'm sure
it exceeds the average Doll Show budget.

Attendance today is down at all Shows,
whether its Doll, Toys, Coins or whatever.
Check any show and they have ALL downsized.
Gaithersburg used to fill numerous buildings
and now its down to less than one building.

Doll Shows are going to cease to exist if
Collectors and Dealers don't support them.
There aren't near as many as there was just
a few years ago. They are rapidly
becoming extinct in a lot of areas.

It's up to both Collectors and Dealers to
help promote the hobby, not just a
Show Promoter. Join the bandwagon today

We look forward to seeing you at one of
our future Doll & Bear Shows real soon.

Again, "thanks" to all of you.
